witted
Squabble and scatter, chatter and chase, dawn clatter and
dust-baths
Tiny not timid, tenaciously territorial, quicksilver to the
seed heads
Singing from gutters, pattering on pavements, defying the
traffic
Unruly urchin birds, diminutive, darting and dashing
Yet cousins to swans
